EL CENTRO — A reported party stated she was having dinner with her family when she heard a loud noise June 25. She reported a crack in the window of her vehicle after investigating the sound outside. No ammunition was found. However, the reported party stated the crack appeared to be from a bullet. Reported party stated her kitchen window was allegedly shot at with a BB gun later. The reporting party said she wanted the incident documented.

EL CENTRO — A reported party was allegedly unable to exit her vehicle June 25, due to an aggressive brown and white Pitbull. She stated she did not know who the dog belonged to.

EL CENTRO — According to reports, a male subject was allegedly causing a traffic hazard as he was in the road on his bike June 25. The reported party said they were concerned the subject would get hit by a vehicle.

SALTON CITY — Police conducted a welfare check after a reported party stated she lives with someone who has mental health problems June 25. The reported party said she was afraid because the individual was screaming and allegedly unstable. The report stated it was unknown if there were weapons or if the subject was under the influence.

CALEXICO — A reported party said a male adult subject was parked in front of her house in a white van June 25. She said the man allegedly knocked on her door and remained on the property after she did not answer. She described the subject as bald with tattoos on his head.

EL CENTRO — According to police records, a ‘be on the lookout’ (BOLO) was announced Sunday, July 28, by ECOD regarding a reported run-away juvenile. The juvenile in question was described as a Hispanic male approximately 5’11 ft. tall and 200 lbs. last seen wearing red and brown shorts. No other information was available at the time of the report.

HEBER — As per Sheriffs’ logs, shots were allegedly fired Saturday, June 27, at approximately 7:37 p.m. near the area of E. 3rd St. Multiple shots were reportedly heard by the complainant but was uncertain from what exact location. A patrol unit was requested to the area in question with negative contact made.

SALTON CITY — As per ICSO, a BOLO was announced Saturday, June 27, regarding a reportedly stolen vehicle. The vehicle in question was allegedly taken from an area near Seaview Dr. between the hours of 2 a.m. and 9 a.m. No vehicle description was provided.
