Canadian trucker convoy

Canadian truck drivers have had enough, and they are leading the world in protest against totalitarian mandates by gathering in Ottawa this weekend. Thousands across Canada gathered along the roadsides spurring the 62-mile-long Freedom Convoy onward, waving freedom signs, and in the video link below, against the backdrop of the NEFFEX rap anthem, "I Don't Want to Let Myself Down." See mark 0:16 through 2:27.

"This is more than vaxxed or unvaxxed - this is ABOUT FREEDOM." See mark 0:36.

"Our forefathers fought for this in all the major wars. What we can do as Canadians is unite together for freedoms, our civil liberties." See mark 1:37.

"Let’s support all the truckers that are coming from all across Canada to be here. We are all in this together. Contrary to whatever anybody in any one of these buildings say [pointing to Parliament Hill in Ottawa] – they've been asking us for the last two years to give them two weeks to "flatten the curve" – we've given them everything - some people have given them their lives, some gave them their businesses, and they're no further ahead today, than they were on March 13, 2020." See mark 1:50.

"My parents moved from Eastern Europe – so we know about oppression. I hope Canada will never have to find out about that. So it’s very important. FREEDOM IS EVERYTHING." See mark 2:23.

"It’s important for me to be here because I just want freedom, you know, to go out to eat, to do whatever the hell I want to do without being asked my personal...asked if I'm vaccinated or not – I just think it’s ridiculous to be honest with you...I just want to go back to normal, the way it used to be – and I feel the only way is this way, and if it doesn't go this way, we'll find another way. (But) at the end of the day, the people, we're not stopping, so we'll see how far he (Trudeau) wants to take it." See mark 2:42.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau remains decidedly unpopular with Canadians, and some have even accused him of treason.

Trudeau satire videos have sprung up everywhere, capturing the sentiment of a spoiled globalist leader insensitive to the needs of his people.

Still, others use more colorful terminology like this trucker’s parlance, “ I don’t buy his bull***t.” See mark 5:48 to 6:07.

"We're all in this melting pot together, and we have to deal with these government officials’ dictatorship. And it's sad." See mark 3:39.

"It’s very important that we stay together, united, or divided we fall." See mark 3:50.

"(I’m) just out here to support the Freedom Rally, not the Vax rally, the Freedom Rally, to get these mandates lifted – its stopping everybody from doing what they want to do, shutting businesses down." See mark 3:54.

The reporter asked, "What do you think the chances are the mandates will be lifted, loosened?

A protestor answered, "Nothing like this has ever happened in Canada before and probably even in the world. I'm very positive the mandates will be lifted. It's going to take some time; it’s going to take some work in Canada being united and standing together."

Another added, "It depends on how long we stay here, I guess – and how much trouble these truckers give them. If that’s what it’s going to take, then that’s what it is." See mark 4:44.

"Of course. There's no way you can ignore millions of people." See mark 5:02.

"I think the narrative is changing, and I also think Canada is the example – the prime example – of what we can do if we unite together." See mark 5:24.

"These people are serious. We have a plan until Sunday, but I already said if its sticking around and its going, I'm sticking around. I'll get a hotel for another week. I don't care. Bring it." See mark 6:08.

"This is more than vaxxed or unvaxxed. Everybody's here. Vaxxed or unvaxxed. That is not the main question here – that has nothing to do with it. It’s all about freedoms and what Democracy is and what Canada is all about – and what being a Free Nation is all about." See mark 6:20.

This prime example of a peaceful protest is what being a Free Nation is about. Yesterday freedom of expression was embodied by George Washington, Martin Luther King, Bobby Kennedy, and Nelson Mandela. Today it is Tess Lawrie, Pierre Kory, George Fareed, Brian Tyson, Harvey Risch, Robert Malone, Bobby Kennedy Jr., Scott Jensen, and Peter McCullough.

The Freedom Convoy is Liberty and Free Speech rolled into one.

Liberty is not about blind compliance or obedience. It is not about flattening the curve, wearing masks, or lockdowns. Instead, Liberty is about human rights. And it is MORE IMPORTANT than health, even in a pandemic. It is about our right to live as free people in a free society. It is about not becoming a slave.

It requires us to stand up, participate and support each other’s voices. We cannot simply bury our heads in our cell phones and soothe ourselves with electronic devices. We cannot abdicate our responsibility to future generations at this crucial inflection point in history when it matters most that we ALL ACT. See mark 20:18.

It is about a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. It is not about a technocratic dictatorship and totalitarian mandates. It is about the Freedom Convoy coming to a Democracy near you. Convoys are now planned around the globe, including Australia, Germany, Belgium, Sweden, Poland, Switzerland, Denmark, Slovenia, Lithuania, Spain, Italy, France, Czechoslovakia, Finland, and Hungary.

And, of course, the Grand Finale Convoy is planned for the USA.  And the leader of the Free World, the United States of America, will not let our great nation, ourselves, or humanity down. If Canada is any barometer, the world will no longer take it, and we will no longer accept it – the mandates – anymore.
