Francisco J. Leal was born to Rosa and Jose Leal in 1973. He was called Javier by his immediate family, but known as Frank by everyone else.

Frank was a loving, funny, caring, and amazing person, always willing to help anyone in need.

He grew up surrounded by a close knit family.

He attended Imperial Valley College and lived most of his life in the Imperial Valley. He worked in the fast-food industry where he met his wife of 22 years, Martha Leal.

They both started their own business, L & T Party Rentals. Frank also worked for I.V. Press as an independent carrier for 15 years. He became a baseball coach and later became El Centro Little League president for 11 years.

Along his life's journey he met and made many friends. Whether it was through the Party Rentals or the Little League he was well regarded.

Frank was proceeded in death by two cousins,  a grandmother, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, father-in-law, and grandbaby William.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Leal, his parents Rosa and Jose Leal, his siblings, and his six children, nine grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He will greatly be missed but not forgotten.
