August 17, 1973 — December 22, 2020

Francisco J. Leal was born to Rosa and Jose Leal in 1973. He was called Javier by his immediate family. He was known as Frank by everyone else.

Frank was a loving, funny, caring, and amazing person always willing to help anyone in need. He grew up surrounded by a close-knit family. He attended IVC and lived most of his life in the Imperial Valley. He worked in the fast-food industry where he met his wife of 22 years, Martha Leal. They both started their own business L&T party rentals. He also worked for IV Press as an independent carrier for more than 15 years. He became a baseball coach and later became El Centro Little League President for about 11 years.

Along his life's journey he met and made many friends. Weather it was through the party rentals or the Little League, he was well regarded. Frank was proceeded in death by two cousins, grandmother, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, father-in-law, and grand baby William. He is survived by his wife Martha Leal, his parents Rosa and Jose Leal, his siblings, and his six children, nine grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. He will greatly be missed but not forgotten.
