Albert M. Tabarez

1939 to 2019

Albert Tabarez of Brawley passed away in August, 2019 at the Eisenhower Medical Center due to complications of a broken hip.

After high school, Albert enlisted in the U.S. Army where he was a paratrooper. He was later employed by UPS and retired in 2005.

He is proceeded in death by his mother, Isabel, his father, Juan, and brother John. He is survived by his wife, Faye, his sons Albert Jr. of Hawaii, Michael of Italy, brother Frank of Brawley, his granddaughter Stephanie Tapia of Imperial, several grandchildren, two nieces, and one nephew.

He lived his life to the fullest.

There will be a celebration of life at the American Legion in Brawley Sunday, August 11, 2019 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
