BRAWLEY — The two suspects — Rosita Torres and Daniel Munguia — charged with the 2019 homicide of Raul Esparza, appeared remotely for a preliminary hearing and setting at the Imperial County Superior Courthouse in Brawley Thursday, January 7.

During court, council requested to reschedule all matters.
