California governor's orders remain in effect

IMPERIAL COUNTY—The Governor of California issued a stay-at-home order for all California residents on March 19 and outlined restrictions for public gatherings, food establishments, essential and non-essential businesses, etc.

The release states the governor’s order remains in effect until further notice and supersedes the effective dates outlined in the Imperial County health officer order issued March 17. The Imperial County health officer order is scheduled to be reevaluated on or before March 31.
