‘Farmer Role’ Casting Call Open to Valley Residents


lsSan Diego Productions is calling all Valley residents for a Casting Call Wednesday, January 27th!

Auditions will run from 12pm – 4pm on Wednesday, January 27, in the conference room of the Fairfield Inn & Suites in El Centro.  The audition process will run between 15 to 20 minutes, and those auditioning will be asked to speak on camera.  

The potential actors must be available February 12th and 13th to shoot, and can expect to be compensated $500 per day.

The casting extras will be part of a commercial shoot with New Holland Agriculture.  San Diego Productions is looking for “regular people” for the roles of two farmers, one female, age 30s, and one boy, age three to five.Idaho, A Farmer stands in his field of Soybeans.

The production company will cast one caucasian and one hispanic for the role of the two farmers.  The preferred age range is between 35 and 55, but anyone interested with a “great farmer look” is welcome.

No reservations are required for the audition, but those interested should expect to have their photo taken and should dress casually, or in “farmer” attire (i.e. plain t-shirt, jeans, boots, etc).
