HOLTVILLE-On November 23, around 3:53a.m a resident fire occurred between 7th Avenue and Holt Avenue. After arriving on scene, officers found the subjects residing in residence refused to exit the premises. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

EL CENTRO-The Imperial County Sheriffs Department responded to a theft call received on November 22, around 12:02p.m. The incident location occurred on Johnson Lane in El Centro. Reporting person stated a Marlin .22 caliber rifle with a scope was taken from the property, along with approximately 45 prescription pills.

GLAMIS-On November 22, at approximately 3:30p.m a call was received concerning an medical emergency near the Beach Store in Glamis. Reporting person stated a child at the age of 11 was ran over. When officers arrived on scene they found the subject was still breathing and had to be life flighted to nearest Hospital.

HEBER-On November 19, the Imperial County Sheriffs Department responded to a controlled substance call received around 1:10p.m at the Heber Elementary School District.
The call was concerning three Juveniles in possession of an illegal substance.

When arriving on scene, the Officers contacted the Schools Administrator and spoke with juveniles. The Juveniles stated they allegedly purchased the substance near Willis Doughnuts from a subject with a “Valle Imperial” tattooed on the neck, along with three tattooed dots next to their left eye.

NILAND- The Imperial County Sheriffs Department responded to a call on November 18, around 10:58a.m concerning the alleged theft of $200 worth of copper. The location of the incident was the Railroad yard, near the RV parks on Beal Road.

When the Officers arrived on scene they found two Hispanic adult males dropping the copper and fleeing the crime scene. The officers pursued the subjects on foot towards Highway 111 and 4th Avenue Apartment complex. Both subjects were detained at the scene. The reported incident is still under investigation.

EL CENTRO-On November 18, three units responded to a theft call received approximately 4:55p.m on East Dealwood Road.

The reporting person stated a white 2008 Toyota with two subjects traveling westbound on Dealwood Road allegedly burglarized and vandalized his property. Items reportedly stolen from the property were copper wire and a water heater.

SALTON CITY-On November 18, around 12:51a.m a house fire occurred near the 1200 block of Roselle Avenue.

When Riverside Fire Fighters arrived on scene, the flames could be seen moving from the single-family residence, to the vacant residence next to it.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation. It is unknown if any injuries resulted from the fire.
