HEBER- Two units responded to a call on October 4, around 11:45 a.m. concerning a suspicious person on the west side of Correll Road. The reporting person told officers that two men came to her door posing as Imperial Irrigation District employees and offered services to residents and gathered personal information.
There are two subjects that are in question concerning the crime; one suspect is an Hispanic adult male with medium completion, approximately 6’, weighing around 270, with black hair and brown eyes, and last seen wearing a white shirt with blue pants. The second subject was an Hispanic adult male with medium completion, last seen wearing a multi colored shirt. Both subjects were last seen in a white 2001-2005 Volkswagen Bora bearing Baja California plates.

SALTON CITY- On October 4, Imperial County Sheriff’s department responded to an assist call concerning a substance problem at 6:42 p.m. Border Patrol agents apprehended 1.7 pounds of methamphetamines from 31 year old female Elsa Gonzalez at the Highway 86 check point.
CALEXICO-On October 4, around 8:08 a.m. a call was received concerning theft on Clark Road. Reporting person stated a total of 9 sprinkler valves valuing at $50.00 each allegedly was stolen between 5 p.m. the previous day and 7 a.m. present day.

EL CENTRO- On October 5, 2014 Imperial County Sheriff’s department responded to a call from California Highway Patrol at approximately 4:36 a.m. The call was concerning a solo vehicle that wrecked into a power line pole between Dogwood and Keystone road.
The vehicle involved in the accident was a 2-door white Honda Prelude. Two adult males were in the vehicle at the time of the accident, one subject in the vehicle suffered minor injuries and was transported to El Centro Regional Medical Center. Imperial Irrigation was called to the scene for the downed power line.
