BAKERSFIELD, CA – One of the men suspected in a shooting that injured a Bakersfield man, a pregnant woman, and her unborn child is in custody after he was found in Southern California.

 

Sheriff’s officials say 24-year-old Anthony Sanchez was arrested Saturday night in Brawley, Ca. They said he possibly was making his way to Mexico.

 

Sanchez was booked on his no-bail warrant for three counts of attempted murder.

 

He is one of three men suspected of shooting Mario and Adrianna Bravo on Tuesday outside their east Bakersfield home.

 

A bullet also grazed their unborn baby’s head.

 

The baby was delivered at Kaiser Medical Center in Bakersfield, then transferred to Valley Children’s Hospital in Madera.

 

At last check, the baby is in critical but stable condition.

 

Both mother and father are expected to survive.

 

Meanwhile, officials are still looking for two more suspects, identified as Anthony Rios and James Rios.
