SEELEY — The Imperial County Board of Supervisors, along with Seeley officials, commemorated the beginning of the Seeley Wastewater Project, April 13.

The project consists of extending the influent raw wastewater to the northwest corner of the existing Seeley County Water District west aeration pond, installing electrical circuitry to allow for the transfer of six aerators, installing a pipe outlet facility, installing an HDPE liner within the pond, and constructing a concrete access service ramp at the bottom of the pond.

Construction for this project began on April 13, 2015 and is expected to be completed on August 10, 2015.
