BRAWLEY ‑ The American Cancer Society Relay For Life Committee hosted what they hope will become an annual Charity Fashion Show at Local Pizza and Hamburger hot spot, Inferno, on Friday night in Brawley.
Lori Maness, who commandeered the mic for the fashion show, has worked in the fashion industry most of her career. Along with the fashion show, Inferno staff served their Relay for Life guests’ dinner.
“We were very exited to help out as much as we could as a venue for this event,” said Inferno owner Ray Babb on their contribution to the Cancer Society Relay For Life Fashion Show.
Coordinating the event was Relay For Life event chair Ceci Gastelo, who was pulling double duties on the night; she also walked the runway during the fashion show.
“Everything turned out awesome, from the beautiful models, food and music to the great raffle prizes. We hope to make this an annual event, and we would like to thank Inferno for a wonderful evening,” said Gastelo.
