IMPERIAL – Phil Swing, the subject of this month’s Imperial Valley Historical Society lecture was an attorney, a judge, a veteran, and Congressman, and is called “The Father of Hoover Dam.”
The Imperial Valley Pioneers’ Museum will host the Historical Society monthly lecture. Members and guests are invited to come and learn more about this fascinating Imperial Valley pioneer.
Brian McNeece will be presenting the program “Phil Swing and the Rise of Imperial Valley to National Prominence: 1907-1928.”
The museum is expecting a large crowd for this lecture, to insure a place, please RSVP no later than Thursday, March 27.
