EL CENTRO – Imperial County Behavioral Health Services (ICBHS) Director, Michael W. Horn announced the decision to delay his retirement until March 19, 2015.

“After discussion with County Executive Officer, Ralph Cordova, Jr., I decided to defer my retirement until March 2015. Our department’s vision is to be the Gold Standard in community-based mental health and substance abuse treatment. I want to depart from the County knowing I have done my best to maintain the Gold Standard.”
