Holtville Estates is the Imperial Valley’s newest high-end single family residential development, is located at the intersection Apple Road and Apple Court, between Ninth Street and Tenth Street, one block west of Towland Road.

The project augments the City’s supply of desirable housing” noted Holtville Mayor Mike Goodsell.
“Holtville Estates will provide a limited number of new high-quality move up housing units in Holtville,” notedÂ Holtville City Manager Alex Meyerhoff.
The Holtville Estates features 30 new single-family detached residences. The first phase includes four residences.
Under the 2013 Uniform Building Code, all of these new homes will have fire sprinklers. New homes will be ready in February 2014. A wait list is being formed. Two models are included in the first phase of development.
A 2,085 square foot four bedroom model single story floor plan and a 2,519 square foot five bedroom two story floor plan are presently under construction. Both units feature covered patios and landscaped front yards. CRS will serve as the project’s General Contractor.
The subcontractors include CRS Contracting for framing, RA Schreiber for plumbing, Tom Watson for electrical, SunCoast Post Tension, Green World windows, Hughes HVAC, Premier Fire Protection for sprinklers, Blake Roofing, Carlson Plastering for lath and stucco, OJ Insulation, Valley Cabinets, Wing Millwork for finish carpentry, Dougherty Painting, and California Crafted Marble for countertops.
Directions: Drivers from outside Holtville should take Hwy 111 to the Evan Hewes Highway. Turn east on the Evan Hewes Highway, which becomes SR 115 upon entry into Holtville.
Continue east-bound on SR 115 which becomes Fifth Street in Holtville. Continue east through Historic Downtown Holtville, past Historic Holt Park. Turn left (north on Towland Road). Turn left on Tenth Street. Continue one block west. oltvile. COntiinue east
