HOLTVILLE —The American Legion and Auxiliary Post Bradley – Keffer Post 138 and the City of Holtville will host the 2016 Memorial Day Ceremony on Monday May 30, 2016 at 8:00 am. The Holtville Memorial Day Ceremony will be held in Holt Park, located at 121 W. Fifth Street in Holtville, California. The public is invited to attend.
American Legion & Auxiliary Bradley – Keffer Post 138 of Holtville California will conduct the ceremony. The Master of Ceremonies will be Bradley Kaufman, Reserve Firefighter.
The ceremony will include the Raising of the American Flag, singing of the National Anthem by Isabela Burns from Meadows Elementary School, an Invocation by Post 138 Chaplain Kirksey Gregory, and the U.S. Armed Forces Theme Songs for the Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marines and Navy presented by Boy Scouts Troop 4072 Our Lady of Guadalupe El Centro.
The ceremony will also include God Bless America sung by County Supervisor District 5 Ray Castillo, Keynote Speaker Chief Logan Freeman NAFEC, Two Bell Ceremony, Twenty-One Gun Salute, TAPS by Bugler Ismael Villegas from Columbia University New York, and the Benediction.

Directions: Drivers from outside Holtville should take Hwy 111 to the Evan Hewes Highway. Turn east on the Evan Hewes Highway, which becomes SR 115 upon entry into Holtville. Continue east-bound on SR 115 which becomes Fifth Street in Holtville. Continue east through Historic Downtown Holtville, to Holt Park. Turn right on Holt Avenue for parking. Ample public parking will be available.
