(El Centro, CA) – Chair of the California Energy Commission Dr. Robert Wisenmiller heads a list of distinguished renewable energy experts slated to speak at the Imperial Valley Renewable Energy Summit set for March 13-15.

Banquet keynote speaker Michael Picker, Senior Advisor to the Governor for Renewable Energy Facilities, Office of Governor Edmund G. Brown, Jr. Michael Picker has served Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and Governor Gray Davis as Senior Advisor for Renewable Energy Facilities. During the last four years, Michael has been involved in the authorization of 150 clean energy projects, totaling near $25 billion in in-state investment and 16,000 megawatts of electricity and creating almost 25,000 highly skilled construction jobs.
