March 17th: Continuing Education class (3 hours of credit) for pest control advisers, applicators and growers. This class will discuss burrowing owls and the Migratory Bird Treaty Act in relation to pest control activities and will feature speakers from CA Department of Fish and Wildlife, Imperial County Agricultural Commissioner’s office and local biologists. Public is invited. It will be held at the Imperial County Farm Bureau Auditorium 1001 Broadway, El Centro, CA 9 AM to noon.
March 18th: Continuing Education class (2 hours of credit) for pest control advisers, applicators and growers. This class will demonstrate the installation of artificial burrows from 7 AM to 9 AM. Location to be announced.
