Firefighters Eloy Martinez and Richard Jasso were in charge of the event.

“It went really well for our first run,” said Martinez. “We’re really proud of the support our community has showed by participating in the event. We want to thank everyone for coming out and thank you to our Association members for their assistance.”

“Proceeds from this event will be used for operating costs for the Firefighter’s association and to reinstate the scholarship fund for students going to IVC and attending public safety courses and EMS training,” said Brawley Fire Department Captain Mike York. “We appreciate everyone’s support.”
