2017 Distinguished Women Reception and Award Ceremony
EL CENTROÂ – Friday evening, State Assemblymember Eduardo Garcia will host a reception to honor â€œDistinguished Womenâ€ from Imperial County. In celebration of Womenâ€™s History Month, the assemblymember will present awards to six outstanding women leaders.
â€œIn celebration of Womenâ€™s History month, I look forward to recognizing the outstanding achievements of local women. This yearâ€™s â€˜Distinguished Womenâ€™ honorees exemplify extraordinary vision and leadership in a variety of fields and professions. This is my small gesture of appreciation for their daily efforts to help make our community a better place,â€ said Garcia.
