Alert: 4 CHILDREN WERE ABDUCTED IN LOS ANGELES, CA. THE SUSPECTS ARE POSSIBLY DRIVING A DARK COLORED CHRYSLER PT CRUISER.

LOS ANGELES -Authorities say the kids’ parents, Enrique Felix and Rosa Chairez, kidnapped their young children, who were in the custody of their grandmother in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, on Friday afternoon.

A child abducton occurred on March 14, at 12:30 p.m., in the city of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California.  The children’s names are Justin Felix, a 5-year-old Hispanic Male, Enrique Felix, a 7-year-old-Hispanic male, Veronica Felix, a 1-year-old female, and Janeth Felix, a 1-year-old Hispanic female. The suspects are Rose Chairez, a 28-year-old Hispanic Female and Enrique Felix, a 28-year-old Hispanic male.

The suspects are believed to be driving a dark colored, possibly gray or purple Chrysler PT Cruiser, with paper plates and a missing hub cap.

The children had been placed in the protective custody of their maternal grandmother, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Felix and Chairez had reportedly been ordered to stay away from them, and could only see them during supervised visits. The man was known to be violent toward his wife and children, authorities said.

Felix, 28, was described as a 5-foot-10-inch Hispanic man with black hair and brown eyes who weighs about 220 pounds.

Chairez, also 28, is said to be 5 feet 2 inches tall and weigh 150 pounds. She has red hair and brown eyes.

Twins Janeth and Veronica Felix, 1, are believed to have been taken by their biological parents.

The children are 1-year-old twin girls, Janeth and Veronica Felix, 5-year-old Justin Felix and 7-year-old Enrique Felix, according to the California Highway Patrol.
