EL CENTRO — The El Centro Regional Medical Center’s 5th Annual Baby & Children’s Expo is right around the corner offering useful information for first time mothers-to-be as well as the experienced families. The Expo will take place on April 26th from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the El Centro Hospital.
It will display exhibitors representing everything from healthcare and nutrition to photography and lactation education. Visitors can also find information on various non-profit services available locally. There will be hands-on demonstrations, free samples and a free gift for the first 200 registered.
This free event is a great resource for new and experienced parents to learn about healthcare options for their families. The Expo will offer child entertainment, tips on nutrition, pre/post natal fitness and more.
The Expo also will feature activities and entertainment for the entire family, including free health screenings, distribution of educational information, child ID screenings, and interactive stations for children among other helpful information.
Several hundred were in attendance in last year’s event. The 5th Annual Baby and Children’s Expo Resource Fair is expected to be bigger and offer more information for the community with currently, over 80 resource tables and 20 sponsors confirmed.
